Spring is here, and the Easter (or, Påsk) Holiday is upon us! Every year, this is one of the holidays I look forward to the most. It’s a great time for friends, family, and, if you have them, children hunting for easter eggs! Everyone has their own traditions, and there are always certain things that feel just right around the Easter season! Today, we’re going to be looking at another part of the holiday that many of us enjoy: snus and nicotine pouches! Yes, these are a part of the holiday that you can pair with the day to give things an even more unique experience!

Today, I have a few product recommendations on both sides of the coin. I have 5 snus products and 5 nicotine pouch products that I recommend for the holiday. While I am a snus guy, I didn’t want our nicotine pouch enthusiasts reading here to feel left out, so I’ve got a few suggestions in that realm, as well! So, grab a seat, open a can of your favorite snus or nicotine pouch, and let’s check out some of these suggestions for the Easter holiday!

Snus Products

Lundgren’s Skåne Slim White

Snubie’s Comments: We are usually outdoors a lot on Easter. Usually after lunch we’ll all go outside and watch the kids run around and look for Easter eggs and all that fun stuff. A snus I really enjoy when I’m outdoors is Lundgren’s Skåne Slim White. It has a nice essence of spruce and pine, but a little dark berry to it. Usually I’m more of a Norrland guy, but Skåne is one that I think fits better on this day. I also like the slim version more, I find it more comfortable against the gums and the perforated white portion version.

Kapten Lingon X-Stark

Snubie’s Comments: I mentioned the dark berry presence of the last one, because I really think muted berry flavors are quite enjoyable around the Easter holiday. This is another one I think is pretty good, Kapten Lingon. Lingonberry isn’t super sweet, and I find it to be more enjoyable than other products that have a more sweet flavor. I also really like the full sized, plump pouches you get with Kapten Snus. This snus is one that I find to be pretty underrated, and not talked about much, so it’s one I felt like was important to have on the list.

One Lila

Snubie’s Comments: One of my favorite parts of spring is seeing the flowers come to life. For Easter every year we get a lot of fresh flowers in the house, and one snus that really makes me think of the floral presence is this one: One Lila! This one has a really nice tobacco base to it, but also a rich floral presence that feels really nice when you’re outdoors, or working in your garden. Not a lot of snus products have that, but this one has it in spades. It also has a hint of black licorice, which adds a lot of depth to the flavor profile!

Ettan Original Portion

Snubie’s Comments: I wanted to mention a chocolate flavor, but the one I was thinking of isn’t around anymore. Olde Ving Fudge would be my recommendation here, but I haven’t seen it available for sale in a very long time. So, I’ll mention this one: Ettan Original Portion. While it’s listed mostly as a tobacco centric snus, to me it tastes like a whole lot of chocolate. On Easter, there are no doubt a lot of sweets consumed, and if you like the rich taste of chocolate you’ll find it with this one!

Catch Licorice White Portion

Snubie’s Comments: A lot of the candies consumed on Easter are usually chocolatey, but for us, we eat a lot of licorice on Easter! There are a few straightforward licorice flavored products, but for me the one I think is the tastiest and most well balanced is Catch Licorice White Large. It has a smooth, enjoyable taste of licorice along with a mild, earthy tobacco base. When we’re enjoying our bags of licorice at the end of a long day, this is a snus that I like to have in my lip!

Nicotine Pouch Products

Vid Violet

Snubie’s Comments: As I mentioned before, nothing is better than a good floral tasting pouch for the Easter holiday! In the nicotine pouch segment, I’ll start off with Vid’s Violet Velvet. This one has a really enjoyable, sweet, refreshing taste of violet! It’s perfect for hanging out outdoors and enjoying the beautiful aroma of spring!

Vid Chili Chocolate

Snubie’s Comments: With nicotine pouches, there is a pouch that has a taste of chocolate to it! Another one in the Vid family, but a little more complex. The chocolate flavor of this one is balanced out with a little spice with the inclusion of chili. I know, this one may sound odd, but it actually works pretty well. If you’ve never had it before its one I’d suggest checking out.

XQS Soft Toffee

Snubie’s Comments: One of my favorite products is this one, XQS Soft Toffee. Formerly known as XQS Pipe Candy, it’s one I’ve always enjoyed for it’s unique, mild taste of caramel. It comes in a lighter strength version, but I suggest this one because it feels closer to the regular strength level. The pouches are a little light in weight, which you may notice at first. But, the taste of caramel really fits right with this sweets consumed on the Easter holiday!

Helwit Orange

Snubie’s Comments: One of our favorite desserts during Easter is Terry’s Orange/Chocolate Ball. I only ever find them at Easter, but I always associate the flavor of chocolate and orange with easter. While this one doesn’t have a chocolate taste to it, it does have a flavor of orange, which I find to fit just right on the holiday! Or, if you’re adventurous, put one of these in one side of your lip and Vid Chocolate in the other side. It’s quite a flavor explosion!

Fumi Salty Violet

Snubie’s Comments: Two flavors I’ve mentioned today are violet and licorice. Well, this one blends them both! Fumi Salty Violet has a really nice, floral taste of violet, and it’s backed up by a mild, salty, lightly sweet taste of licorice. The flavors in this one work really well together, and it’s accompanied by a soft, comfortable pouch that feels great in the lip. If you’ve never had this one, you’re missing out!
