Shipping Information

Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive an email at your registered email address containing the details of your order. As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Please note that the shipping options available for your location, as well as the exact delivery times, will be shown during checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you can track your shipment via the link provided in the shipping confirmation email (when tracking is available). It is therefore extremely important that your address is correct and complete.

Shipping Options

UPS Standard
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.
Delivery by the end of the scheduled delivery day.
Online tracking available.

UPS Express
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days.
Delivery by the end of the scheduled delivery day.
Online tracking available.

PostNord Tracked Letter
Orders are sent as first-priority letters.
Approximate delivery time: 5–10 business days within the EU (may vary by location).
Note: Delivery times are not guaranteed.

DHL
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days.
Identification is required upon receipt of the package. Tracking becomes available 24 hours after the order has entered the shipping process. DHL will send a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number and options to adjust the delivery location (e.g., home delivery or pick-up point). Home delivery is the default option.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by package weight, destination country, and the selected shipping option. These costs are displayed during checkout.

Returns

Products purchased online can be returned within 14 days.

If you wish to cancel your purchase and return your goods, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order before returning any products.

  • All products must be returned in their original packaging, including all packaging materials.
  • The cost of return shipping is your responsibility and is not covered by SnusExpress.
  • Once we receive your return, the goods will be inspected and we will refund the purchase price. Standard shipping costs are also refunded for orders shipped with PostNord Tracked Letter or UPS Standard.

 

How to Request a Return

To inform us about your decision, please use the contact form on our site:

  • Select Returns as the subject.
  • Enter your order number.
  • In your message, list the products you want to return and the number of cans for each product.
