Shipping Information

Once you have confirmed your order, an e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address, containing all details of your order. As soon as your order has been sent from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail from us.

We offer the following shipping alternatives:

1. UPS Standard:
Scheduled day-definite delivery within five days throughout Europe depending on origin and destination, online tracking.
In case of time-sensitive shipments, please consult with the UPS web site at for a shipping time quote or select an Express option.

2. UPS Express Saver
Delivery time: 1 business day to Germany (1-2 days within the rest of Europe), delivery by the end of the scheduled delivery day, online tracking.

3. Postal shipping by Air-Mail:
Your order will be sent as 1st priority letter. The approximate delivery time is 3 to 6 business days whiting the EU, but may vary depending on your location. Attention: This is not a guaranteed delivery time.

You can track your shipment via the link provided within your shipping confimation. It is therefore extremely important that your address is correct and complete. 

4. DHL
Estimated delivery time: 2-3 working days. You must show identification upon receipt of your package.

Tracking is available 24 hours after the order has entered the shipping process. Home delivery is the default option.

You will receive a shipping confirmation from DHL sent to your registered e-mail address. In this e-mail you will find more information about your order such as tracking number and the option to change where the package will be delivered (To your home, pick-up place etc.).

Shipping costs depend on package weight, destination country and the selected shipping alternative. All shipping costs will be presented to you within the checkout process.


Products purchased on the Internet can be returned within 14 days.

If you wish to cancel your purchase and return your goods to us, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the order before returning the products to us.

All products must be returned in their original packaging including all packaging materials. The costs for the return shipment are your responsibility, they are not covered by SnusExpress.
After receiving your return, the goods will be checked and we will refund the purchase price including shipping costs for standard shipping (Post and UPS Standard).

Use the contact form on our site. Choose "Returns" as subject and enter your order number. In your message, please indicate the products and the number of cans you want to return.
