SnusExpress are committed to protecting your privacy. We recognise our responsibility to, at all times, keep any information about you which we acquire in connection with your application, confidential. However, please note that our responsibility is necessarily limited to protection by us of information which we obtain.

Personal data you submit to us when creating a customer account includes your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and date of birth.

The confidentiality of your personal information is important to us. We use your personal data to process your order, including any subsequent warranties, for our services, technical administration and our own marketing purposes. Your personal data will not be forwarded to third parties without your explicit and revocable consent.

This does, however, not apply to our service partners who need your data in order to processing your order (e.g. the shipping company responsible for the delivery and the bank responsible for processing the payment). In these cases, however, the amount of data transmitted is limited to the minimum required. We use technical and organizational security measures to protect the data we manage against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction and access by unauthorized persons.

In addition to the handling of your data for order processing, we also use your information to inform you about certain product offers or marketing campaigns for products or services that may interest you.

You can request information about the personal data we hold on you at any time free of charge. We cannot remove your data when there is a legal storage requirement, such as book-keeping rules or when there are other legitimate grounds to keep the data, such as unsettled debts.

You may at any time withdraw your consent to us using your personal data for marketing purposes or for individual measures. A text message to mail@snusexpress.com is sufficient to do so.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files used by your computers browser to store visitor session data. Cookies by themselves do not identify the individual user. Cookies are commonly used on the Internet and do not harm your system. SnusExpress does not store any personal information in cookies (on any computer that you may use) that can be used to identify you, such as your name or account number.
