Röda Lacket Loose

Yes, a true classic.

It's right there with Ettan and maybe General. Excellent bake. I love the pipe bowl flavour. Mustang is similar and cheaper, so I often go with Mustang.

I live in North America, so snusexpress snus takes 5-6 weeks to get to me. Unlike other distributors, snusexpress does not shrinkwrap or use basic cheap bubble-wrap envelopes. Snusexpress just uses a flimsy barely sealed plastic bag, so alot of freshness and flavour is lost, unfortunately, and of course customs instantly smells the package. I'm sure it's still the same product, but it doesn't taste the way it used to when it was more properly packaged.

I wish I could have tried the Lucky Strike mentioned above in another review. I don't really see this is a beginner snus, either. I think beginners can start with garbage and then really feel like connoisseurs when they get to Roda Lacket. Try something tasteless like Goteborg Rape or the cheap but effective Granit. Or the basically flavourless Skruf.

Still lamenting the loss of Offroad Loose--great bake, good flavour, best deal for the money. Wish it would come back.

Classics Never Die

Honestly this has a pure classic smokey tobacco taste, nothing else. It's not fruity to me as the other guy above says and its easier to work with. I don't know if its the wax on the inside can lining but it does have a slight wax taste that is also addicting to it. If you never tried loose try out roda, classics never die. Explore with something new on every order ;)

My 2nd best

I love Roda and usually switch between Ettan and Roda. They are extremely similar, but I find this one is a little softer than Ettan. To me it has a strictly tobacco flavor. I don't notice any other flavors in it, but that's just me. It's very mild, no burn. Just awesome.

this has become my favorite snus of all time, just finished my last hoarded tin of roda, its truly my favorite, just wanted to make sure i did a review where i actually clicked 5 stars, FAVORITE SNUS, the only other snus that would compare, is a no longer portion snus called Lucky Strike, i cant get it anymore and am kicking myself that I only saved one Lucky Strike Tin, my bad, but Roda Lacket (Red Seal) is definitely my favorite

Schnell geformt und guter Geschmack!

Leicht süßlich mit einer salzigen Tabak und Fruchtnote. Es lässt sich sehr gut formen und Geschmack/Form hält etwa 1h/1.5h. Mein Favorit!
