By visiting our site and placing an order you are accepting our Terms and Conditions. By placing an order at SnusExpress.com, you enter a purchase contract and acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions that apply to your purchase from SnusExpress.

We may amend these terms of use at any time and any revised version will be effective immediately once it has been published on our website. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

The sales contract is subject to Swedish law, and becomes binding for both parties, as soon as your order payment has reached SnusExpress.

You must be at least 18 years of age or older in order to buy tobacco products from SnusExpress.com. By placing an order/accepting these terms and conditions, you are indicating that you are of legal age to purchase tobacco products. Please note that falsifying this information might be considered a felony and attempts of falsification will be reported to the respective and relevant authorities.

Delivery and import regulations

Your order will be sent to you as soon as possible. The shipping time depends on the selected shipping method and destination country. Please note that orders sent by UPS will not be dispatched until all products are available and no partial orders are shipped when one of their shipping methods is selected.

Your consignment may be subject to import taxes, duties, and surcharges, which usually are charged once a shipment reaches the destination country. Any of these charges for customs clearance must be paid by you, as SnusExpress.com have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When ordering from SnusExpress.com, you are considered the importer of the products and must comply with all regulations and laws applying to the import of smokeless tobacco- and nicotine products in the country where you will be receiving the products.

Some countries have restricted or even prohibited the import of tobacco products or require the importer of the tobacco products to hold an import license, even for private use. Please contact your local customs office for further information, as rules and procedures vary from country to country. SnusExpress.com cannot provide you with any information regarding this matter. On any questions concerning custom rules, fees and taxes, please contact customs or postal authorities in your country of destination before placing an order at SnusExpress.

If you choose not to pay import charges, your package will not be released by customs and we will not issue a refund or replacement of your order, even if the order is being returned to us. The same policy applies if you refuse to pick up your order, do not collect the delivery in time or if the order is seized or held by customs due to a violation of the destination country's import regulations. Due to the perishable nature of our products, they cannot be restocked or resold after having been shipped once.

Please also note that deliveries that are subject to being opened for inspection by customs and customs clearance procedures can add a few extra days to your expected delivery time. As an importer of the goods you need to comply with any regulations and laws of your country of destination, agree to all requests made by customs authorities and provide any documents they might ask for.

As soon as an order leaves our distribution center, we cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by customs authorities and/or other circumstances that are out of our control. Due to the nature of the product (smokeless tobacco) we cannot accept any returns. This also applies if you should change your mind with regard to your order or if you have ordered the wrong product(s).

You can cancel your order if it has not yet entered the shipping process. Once the items have entered the shipping process, an order can no longer be cancelled. Please submit any cancellation requests via our contact form.
